Our team of Medical Professionals are trained in traditional and functional medicine and are therefore equipped to cover all the bases. We offer a variety of ways to utilize these services. It is our goal, get down to the reasons behind your health issues, provide you with preventative care, and keep you from unnecessary medical bills and trips to the urgent care or ER. We can collaborate with your existing doctors to ensure your care is comprehensively successful.

On-Call Membership

This is a monthly membership which provides you with a direct line of contact to our on-call Medical Provider for times of illness or health needs. Priority care will be given to these members for in-person services and urgent calls.​

Comprehensive Wellness Plans

The Comprehensive Wellness Plan allows us to take a deep dive into your health, and to create a path for long-term vitality. The protocol starts with a wellness check up with our Nurse Practitioner. During this appointment, all areas of your health, lifestyle, and medical history will be covered.

Our team will then create a comprehensive plan personalized to you. Plan can include lab testing, supplements, IV infusions and injections.
