Frequently Asked Questions
We are not a med spa—we are a clinically focused wellness provider. All IVs are formulated for health outcomes, not just hydration or hype. We operate under medical director oversight and use only licensed, highly experienced RNs and NPs. Every bag is mixed in a certified sterile hood—allowing us to safely include up to 2–3x more active ingredients than typical retail IV lounges, all at competitive pricing. This gives you higher efficacy, better safety, and real clinical value.
When you book an appointment, a $75 deposit is held to secure your IV, injection, or ozone time. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, there is no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancelling within 12 hours, or a no-show, triggers a full charge for the scheduled service. Because same-day bookings are treated as rush orders, they cannot be canceled and require full payment if missed. This policy allows us to honor off‑site compounding and staffing commitments fairly.
All of our IVs are custom-compounded off-site the night before your appointment in our sterile hood. Same-day bookings require a team member to go in, prepare your bag, and transport it—all outside the normal schedule. This added charge covers that logistical lift. For this reason, we do not offer walk-in services.
All new clients receive a pre-treatment review with our nurse practitioner before their first service. This one-time review ensures medical appropriateness, safety, and optimal results. It is a $15 fee, valid for 365 days, and required before any IV, injection, or ozone service. Members receive this fee as a credit or refund during onboarding.
The MID PROgram is our signature onboarding and optimization pathway. It starts with a consult, a pre-treatment review, and a targeted protocol that may include lab testing, ozone infusions, supplements, or a short reset phase. From there, you move into a monthly membership that supports long-term wellness through IV therapy, injections, and clinical-grade supplements. It’s more than a punch card—it’s a structured plan for immune defense, performance, and longevity, tailored to your needs.
Yes—we offer mobile appointments for individuals, families, or groups. A standard $100 travel fee applies per RN, and larger groups (5+ clients) may require additional staffing. Mobile appointments must be pre-booked by phone or email; same-day mobile service is not available online. Members receive 50% off all mobile service fees as part of their exclusive benefits.
Yes—Michigan Immune Defense supports group infusions and wellness events for teams, offices, athletic clubs, and community settings. We offer on-site coordination, discounted group rates, and flexible protocols. Group visits require advance scheduling and may include mobile service fees. Contact us directly to plan your event.
Yes—weekend availability varies by location and season, but we do offer appointments on select Saturdays and Sundays. These often book quickly, so if you don’t see availability online, call us directly—we may be able to open a slot or find a solution. Members receive priority access during high-demand weekends.
Yes—this is often when you need support the most. IV therapy and ozone treatments can help reduce the severity and duration of illness when given early. If you’re feeling under the weather, contact us right away so we can expedite your care, prepare the appropriate protocol, and take any necessary precautions. We’re here to help you recover faster.
IV infusions deliver nutrients directly into your bloodstream—bypassing digestion for rapid absorption and maximum impact. Benefits include improved energy, immune defense, faster recovery, better sleep, mental clarity, and reduced inflammation. Many clients feel results within hours. We tailor your infusion to your unique needs—not a generic “drip bar” menu.
