What is your cancellation policy?

When you book an appointment, a $75 deposit is held to secure your IV, injection, or ozone time. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, there is no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancelling within 12 hours, or a no-show, triggers a full charge for the scheduled service. Because same-day bookings are treated as rush orders, they cannot be canceled and require full payment if missed. This policy allows us to honor off‑site compounding and staffing commitments fairly.

Why is there an additional charge for same-day appointments?

All of our IVs are custom-compounded off-site the night before your appointment in our sterile hood. Same-day bookings require a team member to go in, prepare your bag, and transport it—all outside the normal schedule. This added charge covers that logistical lift. For this reason, we do not offer walk-in services.

Mobile appointments must be pre-booked by phone or email; same-day mobile service is not available online. Members receive 50% off all mobile service fees as part of their exclusive benefits.
