Mallory Capp, RN

Owner, CEO

Mallory is the founder and owner of Michigan Immune Defense (MID), where her mission is to bring true preventive health to clients through evidence-based, personalized care. The inspiration for founding MID came while working in the COVID ICU, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating consequences of poor preventive healthcare, unmanaged chronic disease, and delayed action in the face of immune system threats. This experience sparked her deep commitment to making proactive, immune-supportive therapies—like IV and oral vitamins—accessible to those seeking a stronger, more resilient foundation for their health.

A critical care nurse with over 15 years of ICU and perioperative experience, she is passionate about empowering the body’s natural ability to heal and protect itself when given the right inputs—nutritional, physical, and environmental.

Beyond the clinical setting, Mallory is a certified Krav Maga black belt—the first female in Michigan to achieve this rank—and an experienced self-defense instructor. Her commitment to protection, whether through health or personal safety, has been a defining force in her life and career. Mallory combines clinical expertise with relentless drive, teaching, and leadership, making her a uniquely qualified advocate for both preventative wellness and personal resilience.
