Pella is a veteran nurse with more than two decades of experience across critical care, renal transplant, oncology, and rehabilitation settings. Her clinical range includes ventilator management, IV medications, chest tubes, and wound care, as well as leadership in quality assurance and preceptorship. Fluent in multiple languages and culturally adaptable, Pella has held roles as a supervisor, case manager, and interim director of quality management. She currently serves on rapid response and quality improvement teams, demonstrating both bedside skill and administrative strength.
