We need to look at HEALTH with a different mindset!
One of the questions I get asked most often is why I don't spend much time talking about diseases. The answer is simple: I'm much more interested in talking about health. This week, I explain why our approach starts with supporting healthy cellular function and how that philosophy influences everything we do at Michigan Immune Defense.
Key Takeaways:
Our focus is on building health—not simply reacting to disease.
Many different symptoms can stem from the same underlying issue: cells that aren't functioning optimally.
Healthy cells support healthy tissues, healthy organs, and ultimately a healthier body.
Instead of asking "What treats this disease?" we ask, "What does the body need to function better?"
Every therapy we offer is built around three principles: Detox. Replenish. Prevent.
Long-term health begins by supporting your body before problems develop.

So, I don't spend a lot of time talking about diseases, and people have actually asked me why. The answer is pretty simple. I'm much more interested in talking about health. And here's what I mean.
People ask me all the time, what's the best IV for fatigue? What's the best therapy for autoimmune disease? What helps with long COVID? And these are all good questions, but that's usually not the first question that I'm asking.
I'm asking, why isn't the body functioning the way it was designed to? Because whether we're talking about fatigue, immunity, recovery, or healthy aging, it all comes back to the same place, your cells. Healthy cells build healthy tissues. Healthy tissues build healthy organs. Healthy organs build healthier people.
So instead of chasing one symptom after another, I'd rather ask, how do we create an environment where your body functions better? That's why we everything we do comes back to three simple ideas. Detox. Reduce the burden on your cells. Replenish. Give yourselves the building blocks they need to function. Prevent. Support your body today so it's healthier tomorrow. To me, that's where healthcare should be. Not just treating disease. Helping people build health.
Detox, replenish, prevent. Take care of your cells and they'll take care of you.
